Dotan Windman brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience across medical simulation, clinical training, and the medical device industry to his role as Founder and CEO of WinMed Medical.
Over the course of his career, Dotan has held senior positions in business development and sales management – building deep expertise in the Israeli and global healthcare market and forging lasting relationships with leading manufacturers, institutions, and clinical professionals. His background as a paramedic (EMT-P) gives him a practical, patient-centered perspective that supports everything WinMed does: a genuine understanding of what healthcare professionals need, not just in theory, but in the field.
